Homemade Salsa Recipe

Ingredients for the Homemade Salsa
1 tomatillo
3 jalapeno peppers
3 serrano peppers (not needed if you have enough jalapeno peppers)
garlic (depends on how much you want of this)
1/2 onion
1 small can of diced tomato and peppers (or you can use fresh tomato diced)
Add some salt, pepper, and spices that you would like to add
You can add some parsley and or cilantro

Preparation of the Salsa
Cut the vegetables small and cook lightly.
Cool off a little bit.
After cooking put 3/4 of the mix into a blender and blend.
Mix in the other 1/4 with the salsa to give it a little body.
At this point add 2 teaspoons of lemon or lime juice and mix it in

Cool the salsa and put it into a glass jar to store in the refrigerator.
Finished

You can make this recipe with how many hot peppers you like to have in it. The more you add the more spicy it will be. Also, the less tomato you use the lighter the salsa will be.
